The Role

Reporting to the board, you will take full ownership of the finance function, with responsibilities including:

• Monthly management accounts, portfolio reporting and board packs across multiple property-holding entities
• Rent roll oversight, service charge accounting and reconciliations, and tenant arrears reporting
• Cash flow management and forecasting across the group, including debt service and covenant compliance reporting to lenders
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and refinancing — due diligence, completion statements, and post-deal integration
• Year-end statutory accounts, audit management, and liaison with external advisers on VAT (including partial exemption and option to tax), CIS and corporation tax
• Maintaining and improving controls, processes and property finance systems
• Managing a small finance team and business-partnering with asset and property manager
