Job Title: Interim FP&A / Commercial Finance Manager — Salesforce-Integrated Operating Model (Remote, 3 Months)

About the role

Our client is a global payroll and international employment services provider with an established international footprint. As the business moves through a period of commercial growth and prepares for a due diligence process, they are looking for a senior interim FP&A / commercial finance professional to build and own an integrated operating model that links Salesforce CRM data with operational and financial drivers.

This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch assignment for someone who is equally comfortable in the detail of a model and in framing insight for a CFO and wider leadership team. You will report into a CFO based in Malaysia, working alongside a UK-based finance team, and the role is fully remote throughout.

Key responsibilities

Design and build an integrated operating model connecting Salesforce pipeline and revenue data with operational and financial performance drivers
Develop robust forecasting and scenario-modelling capability to support commercial and board-level decision-making
Define and implement a KPI framework that gives leadership clear, decision-grade visibility of commercial performance
Build a reporting and analysis framework specifically to support due diligence preparation
Partner closely with the CFO and commercial leadership to translate data into actionable insight
Ensure the model and framework are well-documented and can be handed over cleanly to the permanent finance team
