Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy

  • Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the finance teams across the UK and European subsidiaries.

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and processes.

  • Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.

• Financial Operations

  • Manage all finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, tax, and audit functions.

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls across all entities.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget and regular financial forecasts.

  • Monitor performance and report variances with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Prepare consolidated group financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Reporting & Compliance

  • Oversee timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Ensure accurate and compliant statutory reporting across all jurisdictions.

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
