About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a dynamic hospitality group based in South London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced and growing organisation that operates across multiple venues including restaurants, hotels, and event spaces. You’ll play a crucial role in providing financial insights, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring the financial health of the business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts with variance analysis

  • Monitor P&L performance across multiple sites and cost centres

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

  • Conduct regular financial reviews with operational managers

  • Manage accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations

  • Support year-end audit and liaise with external auditors

  • Develop and implement financial controls and processes

  • Work closely with finance and operational teams to drive performance

  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives

  • Oversee payroll review and liaise with outsourced providers

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or finalist with relevant experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Management Accountant or similar role

  • Hospitality or multi-site business experience highly desirable

  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercial acumen and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Attributes

  • Familiarity with stock systems and POS integration

  • Experience supporting operational leaders with financial insight

  • Passion for the hospitality industry
