Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Manager (M&A) to join our Corporate Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end M&A process, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all stages of the M&A lifecycle, including deal sourcing, evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and post-deal integration.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate deal economics, synergy opportunities, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Perform company valuations using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and target research to assess strategic fit and market positioning.
  • Coordinate internal and external due diligence processes across legal, tax, finance, commercial, and operational functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to structure optimal transaction terms.
  • Prepare high-quality investment memoranda and presentations for executive leadership and board-level decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on post-deal performance and integration progress against key metrics.
  • Liaise with funders, stakeholders, and investors; support capital raising and ROI modelling as needed.
Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience successfully managing M&A transactions from origination through to post-integration.
  • Strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related roles.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA desirable).
