What You'll Be Doing

• Owning day-to-day financial control across the Group's companies and property-owning entities, ensuring accurate, up-to-date accounting records
• Preparing monthly management accounts — consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reporting — with variance analysis against budget
• Managing VAT compliance end-to-end: preparation, submission and query resolution
• Coordinating year-end statutory accounts, corporation tax and Companies House filings with external accountants and advisers
• Maintaining rolling cash-flow forecasts and supporting investor dividend administration, including reconciliation and record-keeping
• Producing clear financial information and Board packs for investors and senior management
• Contributing to budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling for acquisitions and portfolio growth
• Supporting fundraising activity, due diligence responses and transaction accounting
