Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the finance function, managing a small, high-performing team.
• Deliver timely, accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and board packs.
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and variance analysis.
• Business partner with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to drive financial performance and margin improvement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including VAT and Corporation Tax.
• Oversee year-end audit processes and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance across the business.
• Provide financial modelling and support on strategic projects, acquisitions, and new business initiatives.
• Continuously review and improve finance systems and processes (current system: Dynamics 365 Business Central).
