Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to support commercial decision-making
• Manage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Provide financial insights to support inventory, pricing, and margin analysis
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and bank relationships
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
• Implement financial systems improvements and support digital transformation initiatives
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive business performance
• Present financial results and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
